## Before you open a ticket

Have this ready. It makes support \~10x faster:

* Product name (e.g. "Ancient — Battlefield 6")
* Your license key
* Windows version (Win 10 / Win 11 + build number)
* GPU (NVIDIA or AMD)
* Whether you completed the [Getting Started checklist](/getting-started/before-installing)
* Screenshot or short video of the error

## What NOT to do

* Don't post license keys in public channels.
* Don't test features on the shooting range.
* Don't run any antivirus while the loader or game is open.
