These steps are optional per product, but most products require at least some of them. Skipping steps is the #1 reason software doesn’t launch. When in doubt, do all of them.

Check your system

Make sure your PC meets the System Requirements.

Turn off any external antivirus

Do not have any third-party antivirus running (Avast, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, etc.). Uninstall them if you have them.

Uninstall Riot Vanguard and FACEIT/ESEA

Install WinRAR

You need WinRAR to unzip the loader and other downloads in these guides.Download WinRAR →

Disable Secure Boot in BIOS

Restart your PC, enter BIOS, and turn off Secure Boot.Microsoft guide →

Disable Virtualization in BIOS

In the same BIOS, turn off Virtualization (VT-x / AMD-V).
KRUSH users: you actually need Virtualization ON, not off. Check your product page.

Disable TPM (spoofer users only)

If you use the built-in spoofer, disable TPM in BIOS. If you don’t use a spoofer, skip this.

Disable Windows Defender

Follow Disable Windows Defender.

Install Runtimes & DirectX

Follow Install Runtimes & DirectX.
Once you’re done here, open your product page and follow the setup steps there.
