- Your license key
- Windows version (Win 10 / Win 11 + build number)
- GPU (NVIDIA or AMD)
- Whether you completed the Getting Started checklist
- Screenshot or short video of the error
What NOT to do
- Don’t post license keys in public channels.
- Don’t test features on the shooting range.
- Don’t run any antivirus while the loader or game is open.
